We are always happy to hear from customers but not so overjoyed to hear from recruitment agencies, search engine optimisation companies of any kind, mobile / text message companies and almost any kind of sales folk; we don't need any SEO, are not recruiting and almost certainly not buying.
We are very happy with our web host and SMS provider: RackSpace and MX Telecom are the best of breed in what they do and migrating to you would be a step backwards.
If you're thinking about calling or emailing us to sell something please be aware we're proactive customers and if we had need for what you're offering and respected what you do we'd have been in touch already. Sales people be warned: we bite!

For mp3 downloads very little can possibly go wrong so if you've encoutered an error please help us help you by providing as much information as you can. It really helps speed up fixing things for you.

With ringtone downloads please select your make and model of mobile phone from our handset compabibility page so you can tell if your handset will support our downloads.
We need to know your mobile phone number or email address so we can look your order up on our system, you'd be amazed at how many people don't know their own mobile number!
If you do not have internet access on your mobile phone please talk to your network and get this enabled, you'll most likely then be able to download without the need for contacting us.
Without internet access on your mobile you will not be able to download.
